Requests for Public Information

​​​​​​​​Please Note: As a result of the recent Declarations of Emergency issued by the Mayor of Coppell and Dallas County Judge, requests for public information will be filled electronically. At this time, our facilities have limited staff and are open by appointment only. Please contact the City Secretary’s Office to schedule an appointment for document pick up at citysec@coppelltx.gov or 972-304-3669.​

Requests for Public Information can be submitted several ways. Please include name, address, daytime telephone number of the requestor and the documents or items requested. 

  • Send an email to citysec@coppelltx.gov​

  • Via U.S. Mail to the City Secretary Department, City of Coppell, P. O. Box 9478, Coppell, Texas 75019.

  • Via Fax to the City Secretary Department, 972-304-3673, Attention: Christel Pettinos

  • Via an online Request for Public Information Application below.​

: In an effort to respect turnaround time and efficiencies, please be as specific as possible in the description of the requests. Please include report numbers, names, locations or defined code violations, such as the following:
