You may experience sluggish drains in your home or business occasionally. You may also notice an overflow near the property line coming from your city cleanout. This could be caused by a blockage in the sewer line, or it may be the result of tree roots that have grown into the sewer line.
If you experience any of these problems, notify the Utility Operations Division of Public Works by calling 972-462-5150 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am and 4:30 pm. For emergency situations after normal business hours and on weekends and holidays, call 972-462-5150. The phone system will immediately page the on-call technician who should return your call within an appropriate amount of time to get the necessary information regarding the problem. You will be asked to leave your name, phone number, and address so the technician can return your call. You may also call Coppell Police Dispatch at 972-304-3610.
