As temperatures start to rise and the first hints of summer begin peeking over the horizon, the City of Coppell would like to remind all residents of the many ways to enjoy the coming weather and keep active by promoting the trail system and the Safe Routes to School initiative.
With warmer weather and clear skies finally making their way to Coppell, the City would like to encourage families and friends to start their day in a healthy, safe way – by walking or biking! Whether it be trading in morning traffic for a safe walking route to school or enjoying an afternoon jog along one of our beautiful trails, Coppell has plenty of options to help you get active and enjoy the beautiful weather coming our way!
Meeting up with friends and biking down to a playground or taking a stroll to the park is made easy with our interactive map, found at coppelltx.gov/routestoschool. Parents don't need to fret when mapping out the journey with their kids.
Coppell also has more than 14 miles of trail to offer residents, with plenty to explore and keep adults and children alike entertained!
