Coppell Requests Feedback with Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The City of Coppell is requesting resident feedback! The City has released a Citizen Satisfaction Survey – which can be found at – to encourage residents to provide their opinion on how they believe the City is doing. The survey will remain open until Friday, July 12.

Earlier this year, the City of Coppell contracted with Issues and Answers to provide a statistically accurate satisfaction survey for the City. Now that the results are in for the statistical survey, the City would like to open the survey to the public. The City has opted to do this for a variety of reasons, but most importantly, because we want YOUR FEEDBACK. We are eager to hear about your experiences in our great city!

"This is an opportunity for all of our residents to share their thoughts on the services we provide and let us know if there are areas that need improvement," Deputy City Manager, Traci Leach said. "We want to make sure that everyone has a chance to be heard."

The questions presented on the survey match those that were asked during the phone survey conducted by Issues and Answers earlier this year. If you were one of the selected residents who took the phone survey earlier in the year—great! While we have already received your input, you are welcome to take the survey again.

Whether you've called Coppell home for ten months or ten years, your opinion is crucial in making sure the City continues to provide the best service to our residents, so we encourage all residents to take the Citizen Satisfaction Survey at
