Mail delivery to and from the City of Coppell has been impacted by the August 7, 2018 mercury spill at the Post Office Distribution Center in Coppell. If you mailed your utility bill payment during the time impacted by the mercury spill, please contact the Utility Billing Department at 972-304-3695 to verify receipt of your payment. Before applying penalties or cutting off service for non-payment during the month of August, the Utility Billing Department will contact utility customers.
If you did not receive your utility bill and you normally receive it during the first week of the month, please log on to the eSuite portal at coppelltx.gov/utilitybilling to view your statement or to make a one-time payment. In addition, customers can submit check payments to drop box at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd., or stop by the Utility Billing Department office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to obtain a copy of their bill or make an in-person payment.
Customers may also elect to have an automatic electronic bank draft occur for monthly water bill payments. With this option, payment will be automatically deducted two to three business days prior to the due date printed on your bill. There is no charge for this bank draft plan, and the draft option may be discontinued at any time by simply notifying the City in writing. Customers can sign up for automatic bank drafts by downloading and returning the form at coppelltx.gov/utilitybilling.
