Library Updates Study Room Guidelines

Since the Cozby Library and Community Commons has reopened, we know that the library rooms are experiencing an increase in demand from our community. To accommodate this demand, we're changing our guidelines to allow more people to have more access to the available spaces. We have rooms available for meetings, studying, work, and presentations. All rooms include outlets for charging. Select rooms are presentation ready which may include connections to the TV monitors and/or dry erase board. Markers and laptop cables may be checked out at the Front Desk with a library card or ID.

We now offer 5 rooms for reservations. Study Room D holds up to 4 people. Study Room E holds up to 6 people. The Business Center and the Conference Room hold up to 12 people. An application must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance for these rooms.

We also have same day sign-ups available for Study Rooms A-C. When Study Room D and E are not reserved, they are also available for same day sign-ups. Study Room F and the Business Center function as a shared space when they are not reserved.

Our goal for these rooms is to encourage more patrons to take advantage of individual rooms in order to further support the community needs for adults, teens, and children.
