Theatre Coppell Presents: Vanities

A new play is in the works at the Theatre Coppell. Vanities, written by Jack Heifner, is a bittersweet, three-act comedy that follows the lives of three Texas girls through their times as high school cheerleaders, college students, and into adulthood. The play explores coming of age, and how friends grow, and sometimes grow apart.

David Helms will be directing a Coppell production for the first time, continuing his work in the theatre. Two of the actors for Vanities will be returning to Theatre Coppell, and a third will have her first experience here.

Showings begin on August 18 and continue through September 3, on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, and Sundays at 2:30 pm.

Theatre executives expect the show to be close to sold out by the time performances begin. Reservations are available at, and for those who enjoy the experience, season passes are a way to save money and make sure you never miss a show!

The Theatre Coppell looks forward to seeing you there when the curtain goes up.
