Utility Billing Window Closed Through July 1

​Attention utility customers! Some City of Coppell employees have shown potential COVID-19 symptoms. As a precaution, the City of Coppell has decided to close the Utility Billing window, effective immediately, through Wednesday, July 1. Coppell Town Center remains open to the public by appointment only, and CDC guidelines for masks/face coverings and social distancing must be followed. 

Options are available to pay utility bills without coming to Town Center:

  • Pay utility bills online at

  • Sign up for bank drafts at

  • Mail payments to City of Coppell, P.O. Box 9478, Coppell, Texas 75019 

  • Drop payment off in the secure drop box outside of Town Center, 255 E. Parkway Blvd. The drop box is located next to the book drop in Town Center's north parking lot.

While the City awaits employee COVID-19 test results, we are working to contact trace to inform anyone who may have come into contact with the employees. City staff remains on a rotational schedule to minimize contact and exposure, and we continue to take precautions, follow social distancing guidelines and wear masks when interacting with the public. The City will also deep clean the affected areas.
